ORDERS & SHIPPING
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom — to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days; express delivery takes 2–3 business days. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK, with no minimum order value.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also monitor your delivery at any time on our order tracking page.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us at contato@uranos.com as soon as possible. We can update your address before dispatch, but we are unable to make changes once the order has left our warehouse.
My order has multiple items — will they all arrive together?
Occasionally, items may be dispatched in separate parcels and arrive on different dates. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, included in your dispatch email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
How do I request a return or refund?
Send an email to contato@uranoswear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologise. Please contact us at contato@uranos.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will resolve it promptly.

Yes. All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
