HOW MUCH IS THE AVERAGE SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping throughout Brazil.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The handling time is 2 to 5 days, and the delivery time ranges from 6 to 12 business days after payment is confirmed. However, on average, our orders are being delivered within 18 business days.

The delivery time is counted in business days from the payment confirmation—Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included.

After your purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed, which takes 1 to 5 days depending on demand. But rest assured: 97% of orders are shipped within 3 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order using the tracking code sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.

Because shipping is international, the tracking code may take 3 to 7 days to start showing the current status.

Correios can take 1 to 3 days to update international codes in their system. Therefore, if your code doesn’t work immediately, please wait and try again the next day.

WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT FEES?

No.

I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, BUT IT’S INCOMPLETE

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages, as we use different distribution channels. You may receive items on different dates. So don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once—your products will arrive soon.

WILL THE PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME?

Yes, all orders are shipped to the delivery address provided.

However, in some cases you may need to pick up the order at the nearest Correios branch if the address cannot be found or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Track your order using the tracking code sent by email to avoid it being returned to the sender for remaining too long awaiting pickup.

ATTENTION: Make sure the delivery address is correct.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Most orders are shipped the next day.

Send us an email or WhatsApp message on the same day you placed the order so we can update the address before shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes after the order has been shipped.
