Where do we ship?
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and delivered to any address across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page.
Incorrect delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at contato@uranos.com. We are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.
Multiple items
If your order contains several items, they may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels and arrive on different dates. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, which will be included in your dispatch email.
