RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

To complete your return, you must present the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:

Books with obvious signs of use

Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Our exchange policy is designed to provide complete peace of mind regarding products purchased in our store. Free products cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
All of our products are covered against manufacturing defects. We also process exchanges if a product different from the one ordered was delivered. If you received a defective or incorrect item, follow the steps below to request an exchange:
Contact our team at uranos.suporte@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receipt, sending clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product. After this period, we will not process exchanges or refunds. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days and, if approved, you can choose one of the following options:

Receive a refund of the amount paid

Receive a new product identical to the one ordered

Receive a product of similar value

Receive a store credit (coupon) in the product’s value for future purchases
We do not exchange due to size mistakes:
We provide product measurements in centimeters to help avoid selection errors. Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code — Article 18, there is no legal obligation to exchange for regret regarding color, size, model, or any other characteristic. Exchange is only mandatory in the case of a defect.
GIFTS
If the product was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the product was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser to be gifted in person, the refund will be issued to the purchaser, who will be notified of the return request.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
SHIPPING
We are responsible for the return shipping cost.
The time it may take for the returned product to reach us can vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over 50.00, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
